Who We Are
Marlene Bonet, Esq.
Marlene Bonet is an Associate at Jacobs Berger, LLC. She brings comprehensive family law experience to the firm, having clerked for two Superior Court judges in the Family Division and worked with established matrimonial law practices throughout North Jersey.
Marlene is driven by her passion for litigation and advocacy in complex, contentious family law matters. She has represented clients in contested court proceedings and has helped achieve settlements in cases where resolution initially seemed unlikely, demonstrating her ability to pursue practical solutions even in challenging circumstances.
Marlene earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to serve clients more effectively in their preferred language.
