This is a fabulous opportunity for someone who has experience working in a law office and wants to be part of an amazing team.

We have set our sights on being the “go-to firm” for Family Law in the Morristown area. While we are focused on rapid growth, we are still small enough to care about every team member and client. Responsibilities

  • Manage deadlines and appointments on the Firm’s calendar
  • Receive, review and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Liaison to clients and courts
  • Copy, scan, and file records
  • Prepare Motions, Pleadings, and Correspondence
  • Backup client intake as needed by the Client Coordinator

Qualifications

  • Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products
  • Associates degree
  • Two or more years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary
  • Exposure to / experience with legal case management software
  • Professional certifications
