We are looking for an attorney who has a passion for family law and experience handling all aspects of matrimonial and related matters to join our growing law firm. We’re looking for an attorney who can hit the ground running to give our clients outstanding representation and show them through our work that their goals and plans matter. You need to have compassion and the ability to build relationships with your clients and know your way around a courtroom.
Our Founding and Managing Attorneys are people with entrepreneurial mindsets who are passionate about de-stressing the divorce process. We have set our sights on being the “go-to firm” for Family Law in the Morristown area. While we are focused on rapid growth, we are still small enough to care about every team member and client. - Strategically contributes to the development of case strategy of a case and deep knowledge of the rules of procedure to back up that case strategy
- Confident, competent, and knows the way around a courtroom
- Desire to use a case file as an opportunity to help clients build a new life
- Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations
- Punctual and organized
- The ability to wear many hats in order to support the growth of our practice. We need someone who does not think that the occasional need to scan your own documents is “beneath you.”
- High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in our Firm
Responsibilities
- Our firm exclusively practices family law (divorce, prenups, visitation, mediation, etc.)
- Demonstrate experience in taking ownership of a client’s case – discovery, pleadings, motions; collaboration and mediation; pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials
- Conduct client meetings and recommend strategies
- Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work

Qualifications
- NJ Bar Admission required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in family law
